AWP has more than 40 years of experience as a manufacturer of valves for the refrigeration industries. The company AWP GmbH was re-founded in 1992, the factory in Prenzlau, northeast of Berlin is located in an industrial business park where valves of all types have been manufactured since 1972

The product range encompasses a wide variety of designs and connection types and is further characterised by our ability to manufacture customer specific solutions.
Right from the beginning, the company has developed a special interest for innovative thinking and this has led to our products and services being in popular demand all over the world.
As part of the global operating GEA group, GEA AWP is the specialist for the development and manufacture of valves and components used in industrial heating and refrigeration plants and machinery. The company is based in the town of Prenzlau, located near Berlin and employs about 100 employees.
