From October 11 until October 13 the Chillventa trade fair took place in Nuremberg, Germany. It is one of the most important exhibitions for trends and innovations in the field of refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation and heat pumps. We showed up with a selection of our standard product program.
Our OneForAll construction design was represented by several cutaway models that attracted many visitors. This design principle has been used by AWP for several decades now. It implies the possibility to use the same housing for multiple valve types, no matter if it is a regulating, shut-off or check valve or a strainer – all inserts are designed to fit into the same housing. This provides a maximum of flexibility.
AWP’s certification as per U, UM and UV stamps attracted wide interest as well. It enables us to provide individual and complex solutions for US markets. Special interst was attracted by the cutaway model of a suction filter with integrated check valve. This technology was developed by AWP and is successful all over the world due to its efficiency, reliability and compact design.
When new products are developed the customer is always in the center of our attention. Since our customers’ opinions are very important to us, several colleagues from our design department were attending the exhibition to give competent and detailed answers.
Many visitors followed the numerous demonstrations of ValveCalc the leading software for the calculation of entire pipe systems and selection of components. Many of them were fascinated by the possiblities that are offered by this program which is available for free. If you are interested in using this software in the future please register here.
All in all the Chillventa again was a very interesting and successful trade fair.
